James was directly trained by Ross Emmett, Colleen Kelly, and Astrid Haase through EP6.

The Emmett Technique is his favorite technique for maximizing general health and performance, as well as quickly relieving pain and movement restrictions.

James is also an Emm-Tech teacher.
